Delphi is one of the world’s leading suppliers to manufacturers in the automotive sector. In 1999 CCH & Co was appointed to undertake the UK tax function on behalf of Delphi’s five UK subsidiaries. These UK entities currently have turnover of over £700m.
CCH & Co act for the UK subsidiaries on all aspects of their corporation tax affairs as well as providing support on PAYE issues.

Vauxhall Motors was our first client back in 1992. Our first assignment was to provide a one-off piece of advice and we were then retained to deal with a correspondence backlog with the Inland Revenue.
Vauxhall remains a client to this day. Over the years we have assisted Vauxhall with corporation tax and PAYE services.
